Travel update: ThailandThailand is open to international tourism. On the 1st of May, 2022 Thailand has eased its entry requirements by introducing the Thailand Pass scheme for visitors. Foreign travelers now need to provide a vaccination certificate to be allowed to enter the country without a PCR test on arrival and quarantine. Unvaccinated travelers can avoid the quarantine by presenting a PCR test taken up to 72 hours before departure. All visitors need a US$10,000 health insurance policy for the duration of their stay. As daily infections decline, Thailand dropped most of its remaining pandemic restrictions in June – including resuming regular working hours for nightclubs and bars. If you still must visit the country, check our discounted airfares to Thailand. |
